1. "My Products" function as saved searches or predefined criteria that represent specific Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs) or ancillary coverage programs you sell (e.g., EV coverage, high-mileage diesel, or high-line coverage).

2. Creating a Product Group (Optional Organization)

1. You can organize your products into Product Groups to keep your listings streamlined (e.g., naming a group after a TPA like "Cornerstone" or a category like "Commercial Vehicles").
  1. Navigate to the Products tab on the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Add Group to create a new organizational folder. You can add multiple individual products within this group.

1. When creating a new product, you specify all search parameters relevant to that VSC program:
  1. Set Criteria: Define the Model Years (using specific years or a rolling range), Mileage Thresholds (e.g., under 60,000 miles), and Price Points.
  2. Select Vehicle Types: Choose specific Vehicle Regions (like Asian, Domestic, or European), Body Types (e.g., pickup trucks, cutaways, cargo vans), or Fuel Types (e.g., Electric, Diesel).
  3. Manufacturer Specificity: If needed, define specific Makes and Models to include (or exclude), especially helpful for defining "Exotics" or "High-Line" coverage.
