DealerTrack Port setup
DealerTrack has set us up to be able to activate the port from your DT back office. You will need to go into your DealerTrack account and “Schedule Jobs”, there you will put in the FTP information. Please note that the Carketa FTP is referred to as Green Light Auto Inspections. Here are the steps and buttons you would click:
DMS > Data Exchange Application > Scheduled Jobs > Add > Select Vendor (Type in GAI) > Select Job (Inventory) > Select Frequency (Daily) > "Create Box underneath > and then fill out the following information.
Here is the FTP Information for Green Light:
Username: greenlight
Password: 1zmpnrv53
After you have scheduled the job you can do a manual push by going to the drop-down selecting 6 then press ok.
IMPORTANT: Go into your scheduled jobs and under the Green Light Auto Inspection port. You will need to go to the drop-down, select 9 (Auto), and then press ok. This will make it so that the job becomes an automated process.
