How do I Pair / Unpair a Carketa QR Code Sticker?

Paring a Carketa sticker to your vehicles will make it easy to find that vehicle to work on it. It also helps the customer view the condition report (if set up).

How do I pair a Carketa Sticker? 

You will need the mobile app.  On your phone find the vehicle that you want to pair and copy the VIN. 

On the app click the Scanner button on the bottom of the screen

Scan a Carketa Sticker

Paste the VIN in the correct section and you will receive a verification message that the sticker is paired. On the vehicle page, the Carketa symbol will now show highlighted green to indicate that it has a paired sticker.

 

                                 

 

How do I unpair a sticker?

On the vehicle page click the green Carketa logo it will ask you if you would like to unpair the sticker. then simply click yes and the Carketa logo will go back to grey on the vehicle page. 

                                  

How do I replace a Carketa sticker?

First, unpair the sticker and remove the old sticker from the vehicle. Then pair a new sticker with the vehicle.
