Getting Started with VelociFI
The VelociFI Login Page is your gateway to the platform. This guide explains the login options, password recovery, and troubleshooting common login issues.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and navigate to velocifi.carketa.app/login.

You’ll see a welcome screen with the VelociFI logo and login form on the right-hand side.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

Enter your email address in the “Email” field.

Enter your password in the “Password” field.

Click the green LOGIN button to continue.
✅ Tip: You can use either your agency-issued credentials or your personal VelociFI account login.
Step 3: Forgot Password
If you forgot your password:

Click Forgot Password? below the login form.

Enter your registered email.

Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for 24 hours).

Follow the link and create a new password that meets the security requirements.

Security Tips

Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including a number and symbol).

Never share your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at support@carketa.com.

Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
