This guide explains the login options, password recovery, and troubleshooting common login issues. ### **Step 1: Go to the Login Page** 1. Open your browser and navigate to [**velocifi.carketa.app/login**](https://velocifi.carketa.app/login). 2. Enter your **email address** in the “Email” field. 2. Enter your **password** in the “Password” field. 3. Click the green **LOGIN** button to continue. > ✅ **Tip:** You can use either your agency-issued credentials or your personal VelociFI account login. --- ### **Step 3: Forgot Password** If you forgot your password: 1. Click **Forgot Password?** below the login form. 2. Enter your registered email. 3. Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for 24 hours). 4.
