Dealer Profile Overview
The Dealer Profile page provides a complete view of a dealership’s activity, performance, and engagement history. It includes contact details, inventory KPIs, sales trends, and direct access to quoting tools — all in one workspace.
Dealer Header & Global Controls
Dealer Identity Header
Displays the dealership’s name, address, phone, and website.

User Action: Click the phone number to call or click the website link to open in a new tab.

Note: Contact details are pulled directly from the dealer’s CRM record.
Status Pill
Shows the current CRM status (e.g., Active, Prospect, Ignore).

User Action: Click to change status if permissions allow.

Note: Updates sync to the CRM automatically.
+ Manage List
Adds or removes the dealer from lists used for reporting or targeting.

User Action: Click → select list(s) → Save.

Note: Changes appear instantly in Manage → Lists.
Primary Contact & Suggested Contacts
Shows the main contact for the dealership and recommended alternatives.

User Action: Click Suggested Contacts to view related people or Add Contact to create a new one.

Note: Suggested contacts are generated from previous interactions and public data enrichment.
View Rates (Beta)
Opens the dealer’s rate quoting workspace to review eligible coverages for their vehicles.

User Action: Click View Rates to open.

Note: If accessed from Inventory, the current VIN context carries over.
Share Menu
Generates a public link or PDF summary for dealer sharing.

User Action: Click Share → choose a share option.

Note: Share activity is tracked under Page Views analytics.

Total Inventory: Count of active units.

Avg. Price: Average list price for current inventory.

Avg. Days on Lot: Mean time vehicles remain unsold.

30-Day Turnover Rate: Percentage of inventory sold in the past 30 days.
Each tile includes hover tooltips showing calculation details and trend deltas.
Engagement & Reputation
Dealership Health
Displays Google rating, review count, years in business, and recent reviews.

User Action: Click the Google icon to open the listing or leave an internal comment on the card.
Inventory & Sales Charts
Listed Inventory (Area Chart): Trend of active inventory count over time.
Total Inventory Sold (Line Chart): Shows sales history and forecasts.
Sales by Category (Stacked Bars): View sales by make, body type, or region.
Used Percent to Market (Table/Chart): Displays pricing distribution relative to the market.
Users can hover for data, toggle views, or leave comments on any chart.
Mix & Distribution

Inventory Breakdown by Make Region (Donut): Displays brand origin mix (Asian, Domestic, European).

Mileage Distribution: Shows vehicle counts and average days on lot per mileage range.

Pricing Distribution: Groups inventory by price ranges for easy comparison.
Recency & Velocity

Added Inventory (Last 7 Days): Recently added vehicles.

Highest Selling: Top-selling models and their sales-to-inventory ratio.
Activity Tab
The Activity tab tracks all CRM activity related to the dealership.

Tasks Panel: Create and manage follow-up items (calls, emails, meetings).

Notes Panel: Add or view conversation logs and updates.
All entries sync automatically to the Manage module.
Layout & Comments

Comment Buttons: Add internal comments to specific cards.

Add Tiles / Edit Layout: Customize dashboard layout or add KPI tiles.

Range Select: Adjust time periods (30 / 90 days).

Table / Chart Toggle: Switch visualization type per card.
